Begin the Search: You will receive an email the minute a suitable property comes up, based on your pre-programmed preferences. Contact Ina’s team as soon as you see a property you like and arrange a time to view.

You found the one – Make an offer! Negotiations can take as little as a few hours or can continue for a few days with counters.
Offer Accepted - Subject Removal Period: Subjects typically include home inspection, financing approval, reviewing of strata documents (if applicable), review of Title and Property Disclosure Statement.
Subject Removal: Once all conditions are met, sign off to remove subjects and the contract becomes firm. Submit deposit by bank draft.
Book Lawyer/ Notary: Contact Lawyer/ Notary (usually meet 2 weeks prior to completion to sign documentation).
Plan Movers: Ina will advise and assist you in planning the moving process
Completion Day: The day your lawyer send funds and title transfers. Make sure your home insurance begins on this day.
Possession Day: Moving Day - welcome to your new home!
Ina’s Follow–Up: Ina follows up day 1, 3 and 30 days after possession. Ina is available for any real estate needs or concerns as a lifetime client.
