Open Houses and Showings: Ina will schedule open houses and always make the time for showings for interested parties. She will also give you feedback on all the showings and talk you through every step of the process. You will receive regular communication and advice.
The Offer: Ina will assist you in negotiating favourable terms and conditions.
Subject Removal: After all conditions are met, the Buyer will forward a copy of subject removal and a copy of the certified deposit cheque/ draft. The contract becomes firm.
Plan Movers: Ina advises and assists you in planning your moving process.
Legal Transactions: Contact Lawyer (usually meet 2 weeks prior to completion to sign documentation).
Completion Day: The day your lawyer receives funds and title transfers to the Buyers.
Possession Day: Give Buyers access to your property. Leave all keys, warranties and any instructions/welcome home note you wish to leave with your Buyers on the counter in the home.
Ina’s Follow Up: Ina follows up 1, 3 and 30 days after possession day regarding any issues. She is available for any real estate needs or concerns as a lifetime client.
